LIVEABLE,
LOVABLE LJUBLJANA

A perfect blend of city and countryside

The area around Palais and Villa Schellenburg, with luxury apartments, is characterised both by its proximity to the historic Old Town and by Tivoli Park at the foot of the forested hill known as Rožnik. The city’s largest (5 km²) and most beautiful park is immediately to the north of the ensemble and includes sports facilities, a botanical garden, statues and fountains. In the centre of the park, Ljubljana’s great architect and master builder, Jože Plečnik, designed the beautiful Jakopič Promenade, famous for its year-round open-air exhibitions of large-format photographs.

Discovering a
real wonderland

The jewel in the crown

The city has Jakob von Schellenburg and his wife Anna Katharina to thank for the wonderful baroque Ursuline Church of the Holy Trinity with its convent. The central market square, Ljubljanska tržnica, is embedded in the city on the castle island, next door to St Nicholas Cathedral. Numerous stalls sell everything to delight the heart and the taste buds. And close to it lies the Palais and Villa Schellenburg complex with luxury apartments.
